To round up our Stampin’ Up! color exploration we have our neutral colors. I guess these are the clouds and/or ground at the ends of our rainbow. I pretty much kept these together, as they are good base colors. Officially Night of Navy (blue), Merry Merlot (red), and Mossy Meadow (green) are officially part of the Stampin’ Up! Neutrals color family, but I sorted those with their appropriate colors.
Then we have three more colors that while neutral are our base colors. It is always safe to reach for one of these, and they are often used as card bases with other pretty colors, DSP and stamps layered on top.
